Chavdar Bushev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastas Vutev in the 27th minute of play. Chavdar Bushev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fotyo Iliev's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. CSKA Straldza's Chavdar Bushev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastas Vutev in the 30th minute of play. Georgi Dyulgerov charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Georgi Dyulgerov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Georgi Dyulgerov kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The long shot by Maksim Sapunov in the 36th minute really tested Svetozar Karadimchev's skills. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anastas Vutev in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chavdar Bushev saved CSKA Straldza from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, CSKA Staropatiza's goalkeeper Svetozar Karadimchev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Detelin Múlchanov. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
