If Raycho Madanski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bone Krústanov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trayko Palov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slavyan Karapanchev in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trayko Palov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in botev912's zone, Slavyan Karapanchev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trayko Palov came out of the goal and Slavyan Karapanchev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Raycho Madanski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tsarevits's Vasil Gelovski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Pantaley Parapanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bone Krústanov was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Tsarevits's zone, Pantaley Parapanov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasil Gelovski came out of the goal and Pantaley Parapanov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 55 minutes, Pantaley Parapanov made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tsarevits's Vasil Gelovski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Slavyan Karapanchev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute Raycho Madanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasil Gelovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bone Krústanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Trayko Palov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Bone Krústanov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Trayko Palov, passed just outside the right post. Tsarevits's Bogomil Nochev got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trayko Palov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bone Krústanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bone Krústanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Albert Deninski fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tsarevits's protests and gave Albert Deninski a yellow card for diving instead. Albert Deninski kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Iliyan Deshkov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vasil Gelovski skillfully saved the ball. In the 84th match minute, Tsarevits was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogomil Nochev to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slavyan Karapanchev got free with Trayko Palov in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bogomil Nochev hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Slavyan Karapanchev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Trayko Palov made a huge save. Vasil Gelovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pantaley Parapanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute, Raycho Madanski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tsarevits had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
