Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nayden Ugrinov started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo's Plamen Pisarov got control of the ball when Denimir Trúnkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lilko Miletiev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Plamen Pisarov was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Lilko Miletiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Plamen Pisarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Slatowrach booed when Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tihomir Prahov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Denimir Trúnkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Nayden Ugrinov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nayden Ugrinov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yoncho Sokachev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Slatowrach's Lilko Miletiev saw an opening behind the goalie Plamen Pisarov in the 27thth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Plamen Pisarov with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. After 29 played minutes Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo got a freekick which was hit by Miladin Dargov. In the 33rd minute, Miladin Dargov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 45 minutes, Dragomir Metanov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo and the Slatowrach players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragomir Metanov to maneuver through the defense. Denimir Trúnkov struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Plamen Pisarov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slatowrach. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lilko Miletiev to strike the kick off in the second half. After 65 played minutes Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo got a freekick which was hit by Dragomir Metanov. Lilko Miletiev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Denimir Trúnkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Plamen Pisarov. Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denimir Trúnkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 76th minute, Lilko Miletiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slatowrach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Denimir Trúnkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Plamen Pisarov having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragomir Metanov to maneuver through the defense. Slatowrach's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stoycho Dzhuranov in the 91st minute. The corner led to Slatowrach's Svetoslav Derlipanski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo's goal looked a bit too open when Lilko Miletiev came free, but Plamen Pisarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slatowrach were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo for a fine match.
