A collision led to FC GRANIT getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Boncho Tzankovski hit a great ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Yakim Taralanski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Young Boys Чирпан's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yakim Taralanski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miro Nachevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Yoan Chotov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 9 in the game by Svetlozar Rumeev from a close distance when the talented Toshko Shishev managed to make a qualified save. FC Young Boys Чирпан's players were relieved. Yakim Taralanski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Yoan Chotov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC GRANIT's Yoan Chotov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakim Taralanski in the 15th minute of play. Yoan Chotov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yakim Taralanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 23 minutes of play, FC Young Boys Чирпан's Yakim Taralanski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yoan Chotov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Svetlozar Rumeev managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC GRANIT's supporters rose to their feet, but Svetlozar Rumeev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toshko Shishev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Svetlozar Rumeev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toshko Shishev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Yakim Taralanski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miro Nachevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yoan Chotov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 played minutes FC GRANIT got a freekick which was hit by Boncho Tzankovski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakim Taralanski in the 46th minute of play forced FC GRANIT's goalkeeper Yoan Chotov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC GRANIT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Young Boys Чирпан were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Svetlozar Rumeev was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, FC GRANIT's Yoan Chotov got control of the ball when Miro Nachevski tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svetlozar Rumeev in the 61st minute of play forced FC Young Boys Чирпан's goalkeeper Toshko Shishev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Svetlin Kulaksúzov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toshko Shishev was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, FC Young Boys Чирпан's goal looked a bit too open when Svetlozar Rumeev came free, but Toshko Shishev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Young Boys Чирпан's Velin Dabizhev pulled a muscle in his leg after 83 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Svetlozar Rumeev charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. During the 88th minute of the match Svetlozar Rumeev completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Svetlozar Rumeev a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Yoan Chotov acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vergil Pumpalov. Darin Rochev hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Young Boys Чирпан walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
