Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Marishnitsa's Tzvetomir Sugarev started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind CSKA Sowoljano's goalkeeper Bratan Astardzhiev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marishnitsa's Sevdalin Postalkov got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 13 played minutes CSKA Sowoljano got a freekick which was hit by Arhangel Ninev. CSKA Sowoljano:s Bratan Astardzhiev showed great skill when he stopped Viktor Kodrov:s penalty. Bratan Astardzhiev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sevdalin Postalkov in the 17th minute. Milyo Domuzov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tzvyatko Brúnchev in the 22nd minute of play. Tzvyatko Brúnchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gerasim Stanoykov managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee showed Sava Yonevski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Marishnitsa booed when CSKA Sowoljano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sava Yonevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerasim Stanoykov was the one to do the kick off. Marishnitsa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sevdalin Postalkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tzvyatko Brúnchev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Milyo Domuzov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Gerasim Stanoykov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Milyo Domuzov was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 97th minute Gerasim Stanoykov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milyo Domuzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
