Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raycho Kotov made the kick off which started today's match. Yancho Topchiev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raycho Kotov went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Galin Mushanov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yancho Topchiev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Yancho Topchiev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tinko Kachaunov in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Galin Mushanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Yancho Topchiev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tinko Kachaunov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yancho Topchiev having to interfere. In the 24th minute Adrian Trenev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yancho Topchiev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Raycho Kotov notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of ФК Етър Велико Търново's Yancho Topchiev. Yancho Topchiev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ФК Етър Велико Търново's Yancho Topchiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raycho Kotov in the 32nd minute of play. In the 39th minute, Raycho Kotov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dunav Ruse fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Yancho Topchiev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raycho Kotov in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half FC Dunav Ruse were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nedelcho Mitrev to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, ФК Етър Велико Търново's goal looked a bit too open when Raycho Kotov came free, but Yancho Topchiev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yancho Topchiev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Trenev in the 61st minute of play. Oleg Fúrkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spiridon Kozaliev in the 63rd minute of play. Tinko Kachaunov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yancho Topchiev firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nedelcho Mitrev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oleg Fúrkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 71stth minute of the game Nedelcho Mitrev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Dunav Ruse's Oleg Fúrkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogomil Yakimov in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Dunav Ruse's goalkeeper Oleg Fúrkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Spiridon Kozaliev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Nedelcho Mitrev put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Oleg Fúrkov. 82 minutes into the match, FC Dunav Ruse's Raycho Kotov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yancho Topchiev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Dunav Ruse's Adrian Trenev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yancho Topchiev. That made the score 1-7 after 83 minutes of play. In the 88th minute, one of FC Dunav Ruse:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Dunav Ruse. Zhan Gelkov shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spiridon Kozaliev in the 91st minute of play forced FC Dunav Ruse's goalkeeper Oleg Fúrkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spiridon Kozaliev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yancho Topchiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galin Mushanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andon Pashaliev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oleg Fúrkov having to interfere.
