The supporters of FC Pelovo booed when Sliven FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdravko Rakarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sliven FC's Velko Pishimarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivaylo Skerlev in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Ivaylo Skerlev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velko Pishimarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivaylo Skerlev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arso Dimchev made a kick off. Veselin Timov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Velko Pishimarov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Zhelyazko Genov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute of the match Boyko Ramchev sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlin Dakovski skillfully saved the ball. Ivaylo Skerlev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Sliven FC's Miladin Veselinov got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Arso Dimchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlin Dakovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arso Dimchev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlin Dakovski having to interfere. After 74 played minutes FC Pelovo got a freekick which was hit by Veselin Timov. Ivaylo Skerlev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, FC Pelovo's Ivaylo Skerlev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Velko Pishimarov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Sliven FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Zdravko Rakarov hit a great ball. Orlin Dakovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arso Dimchev in the 96th minute of play. Sliven FC's Velko Pishimarov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 100th minute of the match, managed to save Sliven FC from getting a goal against them.
