Slaschten's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Vlas the free kick. The Slaschten fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Slaschten's Sava Diamandiev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Detelin Dzhermanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sava Diamandiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Raycho Zografov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tzanyo Túrpev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Sava Diamandiev made a precise shot to the right of Detelin Dzhermanov. FC Vlas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A hard shot 18 in the game by Antoan Bashev from a close distance when the talented Raycho Zografov managed to make a qualified save. Slaschten's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Tzanyo Túrpev managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vlas's supporters rose to their feet, but Tzanyo Túrpev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raycho Zografov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yancho Palaskov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Detelin Dzhermanov having to make a save. Raycho Zografov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tzanyo Túrpev in the 45th minute of the match. The FC Vlas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Slaschten were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yancho Palaskov to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Antoan Bashev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raycho Zografov was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Raycho Zografov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Vlas. A collision led to FC Vlas getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Stanimir Batanov hit a great ball. Sava Diamandiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Slaschten's Samuil Mashalov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Samuil Mashalov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Slaschten protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Samuil Mashalov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Slaschten:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Vlas:s goal. In the 84th minute of the match Pancho Karolev sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raycho Zografov skillfully saved the ball. Sava Diamandiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detelin Dzhermanov having to interfere.
