Nencho Polomski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petyo Velyov having to interfere. A collision led to Buchino getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Yulian Strahilov hit a great ball. Gancho Petrovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tenyo Vakliev, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nencho Polomski got free with Petyo Velyov in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Valkan Mirev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 minutes, Tenyo Vakliev made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Buchino's Gancho Petrovski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gancho Petrovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tenyo Vakliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gancho Petrovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veselin Smilovski in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Tenyo Vakliev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Dechev's late challenge caught a Buchino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Dechev helped the player get up and apologised. Veselin Smilovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tenyo Vakliev struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Gancho Petrovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Sands. After a defensive mix-up in Buchino's zone, Veselin Smilovski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gancho Petrovski came out of the goal and Veselin Smilovski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Golden Sands were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Bratan Gusev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Veselin Smilovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Sands's supporters rose to their feet, but Veselin Smilovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gancho Petrovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tenyo Vakliev came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Golden Sands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tenyo Vakliev couldn't finish the play. Tenyo Vakliev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gancho Petrovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veselin Smilovski in the 62nd minute of the match. Petyo Velyov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nencho Polomski's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Gancho Petrovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veselin Smilovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Veselin Smilovski came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Golden Sands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veselin Smilovski couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Golden Sands walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
