Varban Sheremetov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Bogdan Súbchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Shishewo's Trayko Karabozhikov got control of the ball when Alexander Znepolski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nikifor Baynov's late challenge caught a ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikifor Baynov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ booed when FC Shishewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikifor Baynov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alexander Znepolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trayko Karabozhikov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marin Platikanov's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. The supporters of ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ booed when FC Shishewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vidyo Dushev didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marin Platikanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trayko Karabozhikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Platikanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. FC Shishewo's Nikifor Baynov got his second yellow card of the match in the 22nd minute. The referee ordered Nikifor Baynov off the ground. Nikifor Baynov hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Marin Platikanov struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Trayko Karabozhikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ. Vidyo Dushev charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vidyo Dushev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes FC Shishewo got a freekick which was hit by Vidyo Dushev. Sevdalin Shokov lost his temper 29 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Shishewo:s goal. Vidyo Dushev kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ's Marin Platikanov got a free kick in the 37th minute. Kuncho Gendov, 38 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Varban Sheremetov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Súbchev having to interfere. If Yuli Yonchev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half FC Shishewo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexander Znepolski was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, FC Shishewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidyo Dushev to maneuver through the defense. ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ's Bogdan Súbchev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ from getting a goal against them. Varban Sheremetov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Bogdan Súbchev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Varban Sheremetov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Vidyo Dushev managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Shishewo's supporters rose to their feet, but Vidyo Dushev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Súbchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Varban Sheremetov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Varban Sheremetov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Varban Sheremetov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Varban Sheremetov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Shishewo played a much better game than ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ and deserved their victory. The ЧЕРВЕНИ ЗАВИНАГИ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
