Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rafail Maradzhiev started the match with the kick off. Yosif Kalenov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafail Maradzhiev in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastas Profirov in the 10th minute of play forced Petrushan's goalkeeper Gerasim Dzhordzhev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerasim Dzhordzhev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastas Profirov, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Maksim Bosolov might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerasim Dzhordzhev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petrushan's Gerasim Dzhordzhev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksim Bosolov in the 18th minute of play. Anastas Profirov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rafail Maradzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute Anastas Profirov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerasim Dzhordzhev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brunko Makariev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Yosif Kalenov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, CSKA Rajkowo's goalkeeper Yosif Kalenov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brunko Makariev. CSKA Rajkowo's Maksim Bosolov got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 45 minutes, Rafail Maradzhiev made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. CSKA Rajkowo's Yosif Kalenov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maksim Bosolov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gerasim Dzhordzhev made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Anastas Profirov sent off a good shot on target. Brunko Makariev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yosif Kalenov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.
