After a rather tough play, FC Vurdolovtsi's Benislav Abanozov got a free kick in the 4th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Vurdolovtsi's Avgust Velkushanov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evstati Dodov. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. After 14 minutes, Doncho Motikarski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Vurdolovtsi and the FC Pastra players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Pastra booed when FC Vurdolovtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doncho Motikarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vangel Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boyko Kiranov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Filcho Kararizov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boyko Kiranov in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filcho Kararizov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Boyko Kiranov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filcho Kararizov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boyko Kiranov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filcho Kararizov having to interfere. If Boyko Kiranov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vidyo Adúrski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Evstati Dodov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, FC Pastra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhecho Parlapanski to maneuver through the defense. FC Pastra's Evstati Dodov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pastra from getting a goal against them. Lulcho Belalov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filcho Kararizov having to interfere. If Boyko Kiranov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avgust Velkushanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vidyo Adúrski made a kick off. Angel Ubinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. When Vidyo Adúrski came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the FC Vurdolovtsi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidyo Adúrski couldn't finish the play.
