Vangel Keremidchiyski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruslan Videlov in the 7th minute of play. Yane Kostakev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Temelko Solomonov in the 15th minute of the match. If Temelko Solomonov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Argir Chardakov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Strela's Vangel Keremidchiyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Samokovski in the 23rd minute of play. Stoil Drúndev did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Yane Kostakev 25 minutes into the match. Yane Kostakev made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Stoil Drúndev sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to MAREK DUPNICA getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Apostol Bayraktarov hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Stoil Drúndev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yane Kostakev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stoil Drúndev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Yane Kostakev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Strela's Temelko Solomonov in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MAREK DUPNICA's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoil Drúndev in the 73rd minute of play forced MAREK DUPNICA's goalkeeper Yane Kostakev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Temelko Solomonov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Yane Kostakev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yane Kostakev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stoil Drúndev in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stoil Drúndev in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yane Kostakev saved MAREK DUPNICA from getting behind.
