The audience was convinced that Penko Petzov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rayko Selenski was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Penko Petzov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Rakitowo booed when Gubezh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toncho Dobrilov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of FC Rakitowo booed when Gubezh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergey Shotorov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lyubcho Strahilov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gubezh supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Rakitowo's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Rakitowo.
