Prodan Papalichev started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes CSKA Okop got a freekick which was hit by Denislav Nachkov. CSKA Balvantsi's Stoyko Gerginov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Balvantsi from getting a goal against them. Vencho Nenkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stoyko Gerginov having to interfere. Pavel Lyubchenkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stoyko Gerginov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vencho Nenkov in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Prodan Papalichev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elin Matev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stoyko Gerginov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vencho Nenkov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in CSKA Okop fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! In the 49th minute there was a penalty for CSKA Balvantsi. Adrian Dashov stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Elin Matev. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Vencho Nenkov made the kick off in the second half. When Vencho Nenkov came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the CSKA Okop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vencho Nenkov couldn't finish the play. CSKA Balvantsi's Stoyko Gerginov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vencho Nenkov in the 62nd minute of play. Valko Rúsin charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valko Rúsin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vencho Nenkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Stoyko Gerginov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
