After 6 played minutes Yancho Túrnin rounded Elovitsa's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Spas Simitchiev might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yoan Pisarev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Spas Simitchiev ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Elovitsa's Borimir Pipkov got control of the ball when Valentin Gradev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elovitsa's Spas Simitchiev got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danail Portalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borimir Pipkov having to interfere. Vasko Dzhakov hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Parvan Brayanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elovitsa's Borimir Pipkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Elovitsa from getting a goal against them. Borimir Pipkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yancho Túrnin in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spas Simitchiev in the 28th minute of play forced Snezha's goalkeeper Yoan Pisarev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tzeko Golomeev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yoan Pisarev having to interfere. Spas Simitchiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Yoan Pisarev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Snezha's Danail Portalski got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Tzeko Golomeev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yoan Pisarev having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Elovitsa's goalkeeper Borimir Pipkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Gradev. In the 41st minute, Yancho Túrnin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Borimir Pipkov, passed just outside the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yancho Túrnin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Yancho Túrnin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Borimir Pipkov was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spas Simitchiev in the 55th minute of play forced Snezha's goalkeeper Yoan Pisarev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borimir Pipkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yancho Túrnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Yoan Pisarev made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Tzeko Golomeev sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Elovitsa's goal looked a bit too open when Yancho Túrnin came free, but Borimir Pipkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spas Simitchiev might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yoan Pisarev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Spas Simitchiev ran back to his position shaking his head. Tzeko Golomeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Snezha's zone, Yancho Bakalov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yoan Pisarev came out of the goal and Yancho Bakalov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yancho Bakalov charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yancho Bakalov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes Elovitsa got a freekick which was hit by Yancho Bakalov. In the 87th minute, Valentin Gradev made a precise shot to the right of Borimir Pipkov. Elovitsa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Elovitsa's Toncho Chiflidzhanov got a free kick in the 90th minute. The Snezha players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
