The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imirliy's goalkeeper Ivaylo Hinkovski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Galin Kazúmski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivaylo Hinkovski. Imirliy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Galin Kazúmski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, CSKA Kasaplii's goal looked a bit too open when Valkan Kerefeyski came free, but Presiyan Kyutev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigor Batov succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Presiyan Kyutev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grigor Batov went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 27 minutes of play, CSKA Kasaplii's Neycho Zaimov made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivaylo Hinkovski was left in no man's land by his defense there! CSKA Kasaplii's Presiyan Kyutev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigor Batov in the 32nd minute of play. Velko Kaymakchiev kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match, Galin Kazúmski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ivaylo Hinkovski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Neycho Zaimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dimcho Tarashoev kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neycho Zaimov to strike the kick off in the second half. Ivaylo Hinkovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galin Kazúmski in the 52nd minute of play. After 59 minutes, Dimcho Tarashoev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Kasaplii and the Imirliy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes CSKA Kasaplii got a freekick which was hit by Dimcho Tarashoev. 62 minutes into the game, Angel Angelkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imirliy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSKA Kasaplii the free kick. A collision led to CSKA Kasaplii getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Yordan Pranchev hit a great ball. If Valkan Kerefeyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galin Kazúmski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivaylo Hinkovski having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, Imirliy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delyan Chilev to maneuver through the defense. Grigor Batov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Neycho Zaimov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivaylo Hinkovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
