Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stoyadin Pigov started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, CSKA Konus's Emil Korunov got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lilcho Chardakov in the 13th minute of play forced Busmantsi's goalkeeper Toni Achakanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Spiro Cheresharov managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Busmantsi's Nedyalko Mantov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Busmantsi's Toni Achakanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Plamen Kúlvachev in the 19th minute of play. With his leg Spiro Cheresharov managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Busmantsi's Nedyalko Mantov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When CSKA Konus's Lilcho Chardakov in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Busmantsi's goalie prevented a goal. Spiro Cheresharov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stoyadin Pigov, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Stoyadin Pigov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stoyadin Pigov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nedyalko Mantov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Spiro Cheresharov made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nedyalko Mantov got free with Spiro Cheresharov in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Stoyadin Pigov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Spiro Cheresharov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Stoyadin Pigov put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Spiro Cheresharov. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lilcho Chardakov in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toni Achakanov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Busmantsi's Toni Achakanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Busmantsi from getting a goal against them. Zdravko Laptev kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Svilen Postalkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lilcho Chardakov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CSKA Konus's Spiro Cheresharov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genko Harachev in the 77th minute of play. Plamen Kúlvachev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Achakanov having to interfere. Busmantsi's Toni Achakanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lilcho Chardakov in the 82nd minute of play. CSKA Konus's Plamen Kúlvachev got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute Stoyadin Pigov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spiro Cheresharov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
