When Dragolyub Sendov came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Golchinka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dragolyub Sendov couldn't finish the play. Chudomir Gatzov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 played minutes, Messemvrija's Alexey Kalúchev shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severin Kenov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Messemvrija reached it. If Chudomir Gatzov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marko Ahchiev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chudomir Gatzov in the 28th minute of the match. Vladislav Naydenov scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severin Kenov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 43 played minutes, Messemvrija's Peyo Artúchki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severin Kenov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Messemvrija reached it. Dochko Klincharski's late challenge caught a Messemvrija's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dochko Klincharski helped the player get up and apologised. Dochko Klincharski kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Messemvrija were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladislav Naydenov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Golchinka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chudomir Gatzov to maneuver through the defense. Desislav Genkov's late challenge caught a Golchinka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Desislav Genkov helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Messemvrija getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Desislav Genkov hit a great ball. Chudomir Gatzov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marko Ahchiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragolyub Sendov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Messemvrija getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Desislav Genkov hit a great ball. After 88 minutes of play, Golchinka's Chudomir Gatzov made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marko Ahchiev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
