Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tenyo Lozanov got the match started through his kick off. Tenyo Lozanov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Tencho Matrozov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 7th minute, Pataleniza's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pavel Súlov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Pataleniza's zone, Pavel Súlov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tencho Matrozov came out of the goal and Pavel Súlov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tencho Matrozov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Súlov, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. FC Ботев's Tenyo Lozanov got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, FC Ботев's Pavel Súlov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Tenyo Lozanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pavel Súlov in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tencho Matrozov saved Pataleniza from getting behind. In the 24th minute of the match, Pavel Súlov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tencho Matrozov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 30th minute, FC Ботев's Pavel Súlov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Pavel Súlov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Miroslav Slavinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donyo Meshkov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yanaki Gorbanov. FC Ботев's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 47th minute, Pavel Súlov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tencho Matrozov. The goal made the score 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Panayot Koparanov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tenyo Lozanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC Ботев's Pavel Súlov in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pataleniza's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Pavel Súlov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ботев's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavel Súlov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pavel Súlov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tencho Matrozov having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tenyo Lozanov in the 86th minute of play forced Pataleniza's goalkeeper Tencho Matrozov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benislav Ralchovski took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tencho Matrozov. Tencho Matrozov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. If Panayot Koparanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yanaki Gorbanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panayot Koparanov in the 96th minute of play. Tencho Matrozov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tzonko Dechkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Ботев had played much better football throughout.
