The referee felt a red card was in order, 33 minutes into the game, when Doychin Kutov put in a rough tackle. The referee gave FK Ronaldo a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roman Spiridonov, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kalaydzhievo's Dencho Raykovski. 0-3. Valeri Novkov struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Dencho Raykovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Ronaldo. Dencho Raykovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Spiridonov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FK Ronaldo's Antonio Daganov got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Spiridonov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Kuncho Koshlukov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dencho Raykovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kuncho Koshlukov in the 55th minute of the match. Kuncho Koshlukov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. The Kalaydzhievo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FK Ronaldo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
