Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Benjamin Toli made the kick off which started today's match. Georgi Nedkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alek Pramatarov in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Nedyalko Ribarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When FC Batanovtzi's Slavyan Yotzev in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mandritsa's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Mandritsa booed when FC Batanovtzi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alek Pramatarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slavyan Yotzev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Georgi Nedkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Slavyan Yotzev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Georgi Nedkov was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the game, FC Batanovtzi's Slavyan Yotzev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georgi Nedkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mandritsa's Benjamin Toli got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Georgi Nedkov came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Batanovtzi's Slavyan Yotzev. But to his dismay, Slavyan Yotzev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 40th play minutes Slavyan Yotzev shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Georgi Nedkov and just under the crossbar into goal. Stoyadin Godinov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Slavyan Yotzev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Georgi Nedkov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Mandritsa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Batanovtzi were winning 0-4.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slavyan Yotzev was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Mandritsa getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Karamfil Doktorov hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stoyadin Godinov got free with Georgi Nedkov in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Stoyadin Godinov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Batanovtzi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 61 minutes into the game, Alek Pramatarov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Georgi Nedkov. Alek Pramatarov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Mandritsa's Georgi Nedkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavyan Yotzev in the 64th minute of play. FC Batanovtzi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slavyan Yotzev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Stoyadin Godinov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Georgi Nedkov. Mandritsa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stoyadin Godinov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. When Slavyan Yotzev came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the FC Batanovtzi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Slavyan Yotzev couldn't finish the play. Georgi Nedkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slavyan Yotzev in the 82nd minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Slavyan Yotzev got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-8. 84 minutes into the match. Nedyalko Ribarov kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, FC Batanovtzi's Slavyan Yotzev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Georgi Nedkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Georgi Nedkov made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Alek Pramatarov sent off a good shot on target. Stoyadin Godinov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Mandritsa's Georgi Nedkov got control of the ball when Stoyadin Godinov tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Batanovtzi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
