Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arhangel Chuchkov ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of FC Isiklar booed when Brestica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lazar Todorchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brestica's goalkeeper Anastas Kostakiev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anastas Kostakiev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stiliyan Pumpalov in the 19th minute of the match. Denko Netzov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anastas Kostakiev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After 26 played minutes FC Isiklar got a freekick which was hit by Damyan Petrishki. 27 minutes in the game Lazar Todorchev after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Ivan Busarov. A very good opportunity. 29 minutes into the match, FC Isiklar's goal looked a bit too open when Dragolyub Ruevski came free, but Ivan Busarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Denko Netzov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Isiklar's Ivan Busarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragolyub Ruevski in the 42nd minute of play. Ivan Busarov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arhangel Chuchkov in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Brestica's Dragolyub Ruevski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Busarov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Anastas Kostakiev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nesho Borisov charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nesho Borisov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, Brestica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nesho Borisov to maneuver through the defense. Stiliyan Pumpalov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Anastas Kostakiev made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Hristo Dodov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nesho Borisov in the 75th minute of play forced FC Isiklar's goalkeeper Ivan Busarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dragolyub Ruevski scored 1-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Busarov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ivan Busarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arhangel Chuchkov in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Nesho Staev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arhangel Chuchkov came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Brestica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arhangel Chuchkov couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, FC Isiklar's goal looked a bit too open when Dragolyub Ruevski came free, but Ivan Busarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brestica's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
