Duplyak's Miro Boykinov got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Povet's Filcho Ficherov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Povet from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Adrian Gerasimov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filcho Ficherov. Povet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Gerasimov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Duplyak's Miro Boykinov got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 minutes, Petyo Tzandev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Povet and the Duplyak players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adrian Gerasimov was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Duplyak's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Delcho Vitanski charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delcho Vitanski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Povet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delcho Vitanski to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Kiril Súmnaliev sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Filcho Ficherov threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Kiril Súmnaliev this time. Petyo Tzandev kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Filcho Ficherov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Gerasimov in the 28th minute of play. Volodya Kaldarúmov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valkan Kuzmanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Povet's goalkeeper Filcho Ficherov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miro Boykinov. In the 38th minute, Milyo Abadzhiev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Volodya Kaldarúmov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Delcho Vitanski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Duplyak's Adrian Gerasimov got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Adrian Gerasimov made the kick off in the second half. Hristofor Teodosiev hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Milyo Abadzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Duplyak's Volodya Kaldarúmov got control of the ball when Milyo Abadzhiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milyo Abadzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Volodya Kaldarúmov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valkan Kuzmanov's late challenge caught a Duplyak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valkan Kuzmanov helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Povet got a freekick which was hit by Valkan Kuzmanov. If Miro Boykinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duplyak's Miro Boykinov got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valkan Kuzmanov got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Kiril Súmnaliev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Filcho Ficherov. Povet's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Filcho Ficherov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miro Boykinov in the 92nd minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
