Mihail Simidchiyski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yoto Popvasilev. Balgareni's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. CSKA Adzemler's Kalin Gidikov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Adzemler from getting a goal against them. A beautiful save bye Balgareni's goalie prevented a goal. Mihail Simidchiyski kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind CSKA Adzemler's goalkeeper Kalin Gidikov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haralampi Katrandzhiev to make the kick off. 55 minutes in the game, Delcho Kebedzhiev fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Yoto Popvasilev having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Lulcho Vatzov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kalin Gidikov. CSKA Adzemler's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lulcho Vatzov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 66th minute Delcho Kebedzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoto Popvasilev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haralampi Katrandzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kalin Gidikov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haralampi Katrandzhiev in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Balgareni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nayden Binev to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lulcho Vatzov in the 91st minute of play forced CSKA Adzemler's goalkeeper Kalin Gidikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dochko Dzhunov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Yoto Popvasilev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yoto Popvasilev didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 98th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
