The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sokolyane getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Anzhelo Iskrov hit a great ball. Delfino Serna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gláuber Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the game, Gláuber Silveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iliya Lulev. Gláuber Silveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 18 minutes into the game, LEVSKI 1914's Gláuber Silveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iliya Lulev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Delfino Serna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iliya Lulev. Sokolyane's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delfino Serna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Delfino Serna managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEVSKI 1914's supporters rose to their feet, but Delfino Serna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iliya Lulev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iliya Lulev was a little too slow when Gláuber Silveira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 43rd minute, Delfino Serna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iliya Lulev came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by LEVSKI 1914's Gláuber Silveira. But to his dismay, Gláuber Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gláuber Silveira made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match LEVSKI 1914 got a corner. Sokolyane's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gláuber Silveira ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kuzman Fúrkov was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 55 minutes into the match, LEVSKI 1914's goal looked a bit too open when Yani Bekriev came free, but Romeo Gugulanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Sokolyane defense, Gláuber Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iliya Lulev. The Sokolyane fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iliya Lulev should have stopped the shot. When LEVSKI 1914's Gláuber Silveira in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Iliya Lulev was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Delfino Serna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Delfino Serna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliya Lulev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LEVSKI 1914 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
