Valentin Mechev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mincho Golemanov's late challenge caught a CSKA Chernolik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mincho Golemanov helped the player get up and apologised. When Miladin Timev came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the CSKA Chernolik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miladin Timev couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Stayko Fudulski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Mechev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mincho Golemanov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrey Dramski charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Miladin Timev might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Mechev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miladin Timev ran back to his position shaking his head. Stayko Fudulski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Mechev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miladin Timev in the 61st minute of play. Vitomir Kotupanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mincho Golemanov in the 87th minute of the match. CSKA Lagoshevtsi's Valentin Mechev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miladin Timev in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Dobrin Bitrakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
