Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vadim Topnikov started the match with the kick off. BFC Magonday's Vaja Podolyakin got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to BFC Magonday getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Emiriev Gadaevi hit a great ball. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by BFC Magonday's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nikolaj Dzotsenidze was slow to take the kick. During this time Thetford United's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Thetford United's corner Nikolaj Dzotsenidze fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Takha Kobiashvili quite easily take care of the ball. After 21 minutes, Bichiko Neparidze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thetford United and the BFC Magonday players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Bichiko Neparidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Jarji Robakidze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Vaja Podolyakin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Marat Labadze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikolaj Dzotsenidze missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 40 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Takha Kobiashvili right hand side. If Vaja Cholokaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vaja Podolyakin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Amiran Jachvadze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vaja Podolyakin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Vaja Cholokaev could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Takha Kobiashvili however easily saved by the left post. BFC Magonday's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Vadim Topnikov scored to the left of an out of position Takha Kobiashvili, making the score, 0-1. Vaja Cholokaev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Takha Kobiashvili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Vadim Topnikov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Takha Kobiashvili was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Takha Kobiashvili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vadim Topnikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaja Podolyakin in the 89th minute of play forced Thetford United's goalkeeper Amiran Jachvadze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jarji Robakidze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaja Cholokaev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amiran Jachvadze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaja Podolyakin in the 101st minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Thetford United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
