The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Dato Bitsadze came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Haslingfield United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dato Bitsadze couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Horwich United's Nodari Khatiashvili got a free kick in the 5th minute. Filipp Cholokaev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Soso Kobiashvili. Horwich United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Nodari Khatiashvili was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horwich United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haslingfield United the free kick. The supporters of Haslingfield United booed when Horwich United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nodari Khatiashvili didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Haslingfield United's Dato Bitsadze slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Soso Kobiashvili. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Pavel Mingrelsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gia Gogava tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horwich United's Pavel Mingrelsky got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bidzina Pozharskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gia Gogava tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akim Zabelin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Gia Gogava made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Mingrelsky in the 35th minute of play. In the 41st minute Bidzina Pozharskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gia Gogava saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bidzina Pozharskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gia Gogava having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Pavel Mingrelsky who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haslingfield United's Gia Gogava was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bidzina Pozharskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Gia Gogava tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Horwich United's Gia Gogava threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pavel Mingrelsky, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dato Bitsadze took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Soso Kobiashvili. Soso Kobiashvili dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of Haslingfield United booed when Horwich United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nodari Khatiashvili didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dato Bitsadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Haslingfield United's Dato Bitsadze sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soso Kobiashvili narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Dato Bitsadze made a precise shot to the right of Soso Kobiashvili. Horwich United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Filipp Cholokaev kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Akim Zabelin came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Haslingfield United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akim Zabelin couldn't finish the play. After having played for 92 minutes, Dato Bitsadze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haslingfield United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dato Bitsadze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
