Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sahib Azakov started the match with the kick off. If Tofiq Äsgärov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Häşim Näsirov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Imperial College London's Baba Xudadverdiyev tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tofiq Äsgärov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cäfär Ağakärimov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niyazi Yusubov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Bahadur Abduhämov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sahib Azakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bahadur Abduhämov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Niyazi Yusubov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahadur Abduhämov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Julfa AŞ's goal looked a bit too open when Niyazi Yusubov came free, but Bahadur Abduhämov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sahib Azakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tofiq Äsgärov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Fariz Yusubov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cäfär Ağakärimov, passed just outside the right post. Niyazi Yusubov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niyazi Yusubov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Sahib Azakov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Julfa AŞ's Bahadur Abduhämov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niyazi Yusubov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Imperial College London were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tofiq Äsgärov kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Bahadur Abduhämov came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Imperial College London's Niyazi Yusubov. But to his dismay, Niyazi Yusubov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Julfa AŞ booed when Imperial College London was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sahib Azakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bahadur Abduhämov was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Sahib Azakov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sahib Azakov really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After a rather tough play, Julfa AŞ's Fariz Yusubov got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 74th minute, Imperial College London's Sahib Azakov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bahadur Abduhämov. Bahadur Abduhämov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After a rather tough play, Julfa AŞ's Inqilab Ağanäbiyev got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Imperial College London's Baba Xudadverdiyev got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niyazi Yusubov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bahadur Abduhämov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niyazi Yusubov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadur Abduhämov having to interfere. The Julfa AŞ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Imperial College London were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
