Seyfäddin Ähädov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Qüdrät Isayev fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TovuzPFK's protests and gave Qüdrät Isayev a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, TovuzPFK's Qüdrät Isayev got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute Raqil Salamov ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Änvär Bädälov. 1-0. In the 21st minute, Rämzi Alahyarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mübariz Säfäräliyev got free with Änvär Bädälov in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Mübariz Säfäräliyev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mübariz Säfäräliyev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Änvär Bädälov having to make a save. In the 35th match minute, Xızı ANS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ehtibar Kazıyev to maneuver through the defense. Älif Cäbiyev was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Väli Tahirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sälim Mehtiyev in the 37th minute of the match. Seyfäddin Ähädov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Väli Tahirov having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sälim Mehtiyev in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Väli Tahirov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Seyfäddin Ähädov made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, TovuzPFK's Mabud Abdasov got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Arzuman Isgändärov's late challenge caught a TovuzPFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arzuman Isgändärov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Seyfäddin Ähädov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sälim Mehtiyev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Arzuman Isgändärov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Xızı ANS's zone, Sälim Mehtiyev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Väli Tahirov came out of the goal and Sälim Mehtiyev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute, Mübariz Säfäräliyev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ehtibar Kazıyev's late challenge caught a TovuzPFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ehtibar Kazıyev helped the player get up and apologised. Mübariz Säfäräliyev struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Änvär Bädälov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xızı ANS. TovuzPFK's Änvär Bädälov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mübariz Säfäräliyev in the 89th minute of play. Sälim Mehtiyev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Väli Tahirov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Xızı ANS's zone, Mabud Abdasov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Väli Tahirov came out of the goal and Mabud Abdasov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seyfäddin Ähädov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xızı ANS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
