In the 24th minute, Mädät Aşurov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Yuxarı bulaq MKT's Ziya Cäfärli got a free kick in the 25th minute. Mädät Aşurov struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Kärim Zabitov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Qäbälä. Perviz Zamanov hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Qäbälä's Ildırım Tahirov tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mädät Aşurov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ziya Cäfärli came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Näbi Bünyatov could save by the left post. Eldäniz Bünyatov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Näbi Bünyatov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eldäniz Bünyatov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Baba Ibişov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Näbi Bünyatov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baba Ibişov to make the kick off. If Baba Ibişov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Baba Ibişov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yuxarı bulaq MKT's supporters rose to their feet, but Baba Ibişov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Näbi Bünyatov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baba Ibişov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mädät Aşurov got free with Kärim Zabitov in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hüsü Cäbrayilov took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kärim Zabitov. Kärim Zabitov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 88 minutes into the match, Qäbälä's goal looked a bit too open when Baba Ibişov came free, but Näbi Bünyatov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 played minutes Yuxarı bulaq MKT got a freekick which was hit by Perviz Zamanov. 94 minutes into the match, Yuxarı bulaq MKT's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsü Cäbrayilov came free, but Kärim Zabitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüsü Cäbrayilov was extremely unlucky when he, in the 97th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 98th match minute, Yuxarı bulaq MKT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perviz Zamanov to maneuver through the defense. Qäbälä's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
