Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Väli Kamalov kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väli Kamalov in the 6th minute of play forced Zängilan ANS's goalkeeper Teyyub Manafov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Väli Kamalov rounded Zängilan ANS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sahil Akubäyov in the 14th minute of play forced Sumgait FC's goalkeeper Sabir Hätämov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Väli Kamalov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Teyyub Manafov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ähmäd Älişov charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ähmäd Älişov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ähmäd Älişov hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Tacir Färruxov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tacir Färruxov in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teyyub Manafov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 29th minute Sahil Akubäyov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabir Hätämov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tacir Färruxov came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Sumgait FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tacir Färruxov couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes in the game, Väli Kamalov dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. A hard shot 39 in the game by Tacir Färruxov from a close distance when the talented Teyyub Manafov managed to make a qualified save. Zängilan ANS's players were relieved. Väli Kamalov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Teyyub Manafov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teyyub Manafov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Väli Kamalov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Sahil Akubäyov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Fuad Salahov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Zängilan ANS's zone, Tacir Färruxov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teyyub Manafov came out of the goal and Tacir Färruxov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sahil Akubäyov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sabir Hätämov came out and tried to block the shot, but Sahil Akubäyov slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 62nd minute. Sumgait FC's Väli Kamalov got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Fuad Salahov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sumgait FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fuad Salahov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 81 played minutes Sumgait FC got a freekick which was hit by Tacir Färruxov. In the 83rd minute, Cuma Abduläzov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Väli Kamalov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Räsul Adişirinov hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väli Kamalov in the 94th minute of play forced Zängilan ANS's goalkeeper Teyyub Manafov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tacir Färruxov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teyyub Manafov having to interfere. Väli Kamalov struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Teyyub Manafov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sumgait FC.
