When Rähim Räcäbov came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Zabrat PFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rähim Räcäbov couldn't finish the play. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Neftçala ANS booed when Zabrat PFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ağcabädi Alimov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score was now 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aqil Rähimov was the one to do the kick off. Räsul Eyvazov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tural Cäbiyev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes, Häbib Qädirov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zabrat PFC and the Neftçala ANS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zabrat PFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Neftçala ANS a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dadaş Omarov, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Zabrat PFC's Tural Cäbiyev. 5-0. Räsul Eyvazov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90th play minutes Mirsaad Denisov shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Tural Cäbiyev and just under the crossbar into goal.
