Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hacıbala Aliyev got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute, Färid Abdulrähmanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Bäşir Umudov from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Äziz Asmanov's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 10 played minutes Ağstafa got a freekick which was hit by Abdulhämid Kazimov. Hacıbala Aliyev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulhämid Kazimov was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Ağstafa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Älövsät Aslanov fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Şäki's protests and gave Älövsät Aslanov a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Şäki's Älövsät Aslanov got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Näsräddin Cäfärli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ağstafa's supporters rose to their feet, but Näsräddin Cäfärli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Äziz Asmanov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sirac Azakov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hacıbala Aliyev's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Şäki's zone, Seyfäddin Älişov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Äziz Asmanov came out of the goal and Seyfäddin Älişov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Färid Abdulrähmanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hacıbala Aliyev in the 40th minute of play forced Ağstafa's goalkeeper Sirac Azakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şäki's Hacıbala Aliyev got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdulhämid Kazimov to make the kick off. Älövsät Aslanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 53 minutes, Seyfäddin Älişov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ağstafa and the Şäki players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Ağstafa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seyfäddin Älişov to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Ağstafa's Sirac Azakov got control of the ball when Älövsät Aslanov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hacıbala Aliyev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Furhad Ämircanov charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Furhad Ämircanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Furhad Ämircanov hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Näsräddin Cäfärli in the 62nd minute of play forced Şäki's goalkeeper Äziz Asmanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Älövsät Aslanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sirac Azakov having to interfere. Hacıbala Aliyev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Sirac Azakov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mabud Tahirov fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ağstafa's protests and gave Mabud Tahirov a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Şäki booed when Ağstafa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mabud Tahirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Älövsät Aslanovs short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Sirac Azakov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Ağstafa's Bäşir Umudov got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Zahir Bayramäliyev, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 87th minute, Şäki's Hacıbala Aliyev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sirac Azakov. Sirac Azakov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 93 minutes into the match, Älövsät Aslanov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sirac Azakov. Ağstafa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Älövsät Aslanov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Älövsät Aslanov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Sirac Azakov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Ağstafa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Şäki's performance. The match ended with a win for Şäki.
