In the 8th minute Yaqut Dadaşov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knyaz Haciyev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vuhsum Şirinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knyaz Haciyev having to interfere. In the 12th minute Vuhsum Şirinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knyaz Haciyev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Mürsäl Yunisov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ağaqulu Baxışov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kamran Babişov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mürsäl Yunisov in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ağaqulu Baxışov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Biläcäri's Vuhsum Şirinov managed to work through Nabran's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Vuhsum Şirinov dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Abdulhämid Äbdilov's late challenge caught a Biläcäri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdulhämid Äbdilov helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Nabran got a freekick which was hit by Abdulhämid Äbdilov. Nabran's Kamran Babişov got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Biläcäri's zone, Mürsäl Yunisov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ağaqulu Baxışov came out of the goal and Mürsäl Yunisov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Biläcäri getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Camal Aliyev hit a great ball. Hacıxälil Hüseyinzadä's shot from long distance in the 28th minute was not bad at all, but Biläcäri's Ağaqulu Baxışov knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Kamran Babişov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nabran's Kamran Babişov got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camal Aliyev hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Mürsäl Yunisov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ağaqulu Baxışov was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Biläcäri's Ağaqulu Baxışov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mürsäl Yunisov in the 42nd minute of play. Coşğun Ismayilov kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Nabran's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hacıxälil Hüseyinzadä in the 45th minute. Mürsäl Yunisov was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Nabran getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Zahid Alxanov hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Yaqut Dadaşov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mürsäl Yunisov in the 60th minute of play forced Biläcäri's goalkeeper Ağaqulu Baxışov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Seyidäli Äliyev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Knyaz Haciyev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Nabran's Kamran Babişov in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Biläcäri's goalie prevented a goal. After 79 played minutes Nabran got a freekick which was hit by Hacıxälil Hüseyinzadä. Ağaqulu Baxışov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamran Babişov, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Yaqut Dadaşov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Knyaz Haciyev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nabran's zone, Yaqut Dadaşov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knyaz Haciyev came out of the goal and Yaqut Dadaşov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mürsäl Yunisov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ağaqulu Baxışov having to interfere. When Vuhsum Şirinov came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Biläcäri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vuhsum Şirinov couldn't finish the play. Roman Şärifov hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Nabran's Knyaz Haciyev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaqut Dadaşov in the 95th minute of play. After some careless play in the Biläcäri defense, Kamran Babişov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ağaqulu Baxışov. The Biläcäri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ağaqulu Baxışov should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nabran fans cheered their team off the field, for while Biläcäri had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
