Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kouros Ahmadzadeh started the match with the kick off. Ramtin Zandi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Soroush Alavi having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Rayleigh's zone, Khashayar Pious stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Soroush Alavi came out of the goal and Khashayar Pious tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radlett AFC's Khashayar Pious got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Khashayar Pious came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Radlett AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khashayar Pious couldn't finish the play. If Ramtin Zandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Kouros Ahmadzadeh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pejman Mayelikohan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Radlett AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Kouros Ahmadzadeh came free, but Pejman Mayelikohan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mostafa Habibi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pejman Mayelikohan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kouros Ahmadzadeh in the 39th minute of play forced Radlett AFC's goalkeeper Pejman Mayelikohan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rayleigh's Anoush behzadpoor suffered a concussion in the 40th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shahrdad Moradi during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Shahrdad Moradi hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rayleigh's Amin Ghoreishi got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Mohsen Naghavian sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Soroush Alavi skillfully saved the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Khashayar Pious to strike the kick off in the second half. Khashayar Pious sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mostafa Habibi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes into the match, Kouros Ahmadzadeh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pejman Mayelikohan. Radlett AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kouros Ahmadzadeh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Mostafa Habibi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radlett AFC's Pejman Mayelikohan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mostafa Habibi in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Radlett AFC booed when Rayleigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asad Tayebi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Ramtin Zandi made a precise shot to the right of Soroush Alavi. Rayleigh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Amin Ghoreishi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mostafa Habibi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Pejman Mayelikohan made a huge save. In the 77th match minute, Rayleigh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kouros Ahmadzadeh to maneuver through the defense. Ramtin Zandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Soroush Alavi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khashayar Pious in the 83rd minute of play forced Rayleigh's goalkeeper Soroush Alavi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mostafa Habibi kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 86thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Radlett AFC's keeper Pejman Mayelikohan was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Khodadad Mousavian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Radlett AFC's Azad Nekounam got a free kick in the 91st minute. Pejman Mayelikohan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mostafa Habibi in the 92nd minute. Kouros Ahmadzadeh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Pejman Mayelikohan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Rayleigh players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Radlett AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
