Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Afshin Moradian's late challenge caught a Sheffield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After having played for 57 minutes, Kouros Peirovani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glossop's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kouros Peirovani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Kouros Peirovani came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Glossop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kouros Peirovani couldn't finish the play. Aref Ghoreishi kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Anoush Ghasemlou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anoush Ghasemlou couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Ferdows Khalatbari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glossop's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdows Khalatbari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hossein Taleblou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
