Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Imran Rashid made the kick off and thus started the match. Marlon Shearer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Imran Rashid in the 12th minute of the match. Silvester Titmuss charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvester Titmuss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute, Silvester Titmuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marlon Shearer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imran Rashid, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Micklefield City's goalkeeper Marlon Shearer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute of the match, Rahman Naseem got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marlon Shearer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marlon Shearer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imran Rashid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Raza Shakir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marlon Shearer. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. In the 29th minute, Raza Shakir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Beverley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Farhan Mushtaq tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Micklefield City's Marlon Shearer got control of the ball when Rahman Naseem tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfred Saville during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Micklefield City getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Alfred Saville hit a great ball. Imran Rashid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Handsworth's Raza Shakir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marlon Shearer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rahman Naseem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Marlon Shearer made a huge save. Alfred Saville hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Farhan Mushtaq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristopher Driver in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristopher Driver to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Micklefield City's goal looked a bit too open when Imran Rashid came free, but Marlon Shearer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Imran Rashid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56thth minute of the game Rahman Naseem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Micklefield City's Marlon Shearer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Shaukat Sial fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Handsworth's protests and gave Shaukat Sial a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Handsworth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaukat Sial to maneuver through the defense. When Handsworth's Rahman Naseem in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Micklefield City's goalie prevented a goal. Marlon Shearer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahman Naseem in the 65th minute of play. Imran Rashid struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Marlon Shearer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Handsworth. 74 minutes into the game, Handsworth's Rahman Naseem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marlon Shearer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Micklefield City booed when Handsworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shaukat Sial didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristopher Driver's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Farhan Mushtaq skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Raza Shakir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marlon Shearer having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Rahman Naseem put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marlon Shearer. Rahman Naseem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Handsworth fans cheered their team off the field, for while Micklefield City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
