Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Seraj Al Khames made the kick off which started today's match. Cambridge's attack was well implemented in the 5th minute, but when Sadeq Shams was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 7th minute of the match, Sadeq Shams tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yaseen Al Mehana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Hashem Al Enzi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 11th minute, Cambridge's Sadeq Shams dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Cambridge's goal looked a bit too open when Seraj Al Khames came free, but Bashar Al Mansor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Scarborough getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Salam Al Mehana hit a great ball. Yaseen Al Mehana made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Hashem Al Enzi sent off a good shot on target. When Sadeq Shams came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Cambridge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sadeq Shams couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rida Al Asuosi during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, Rida Al Asuosi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes Scarborough got a freekick which was hit by Darweesh Al Matrok. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Hashem Al Enzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cambridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Hashem Al Enzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yaseen Al Mehana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sadeq Shams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cambridge booed when Scarborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ghaith Al Bahar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hashem Al Enzi struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Yaseen Al Mehana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cambridge. Sadeq Shams struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sadeq Shams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sadeq Shams to strike the kick off in the second half. If Hassan Al Mothaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hashem Al Enzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaseen Al Mehana having to interfere. 2-0 became the score in the 66th minute when Hashem Al Enzi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hashem Al Enzi in the 70th minute of play forced Scarborough's goalkeeper Yaseen Al Mehana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Darweesh Al Matrok kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Yaseen Al Mehana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hashem Al Enzi in the 78th minute of the match. Cambridge's Bashar Al Mansor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Cambridge from getting a goal against them. Hashem Al Enzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th match minute, Scarborough was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seraj Al Khames to maneuver through the defense. Seraj Al Khames's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bashar Al Mansor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Scarborough's Yaseen Al Mehana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sadeq Shams in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Scarborough's goal looked a bit too open when Sadeq Shams came free, but Yaseen Al Mehana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yaseen Al Mehana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sadeq Shams, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cambridge fully deserved thier win.
