Wanlip's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Awwad Al Bana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 42nd minute Yasen Al Besher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahmoud Al Abdullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Broughton Astley United got a freekick which was hit by Saher Al Motar. Fawaz Al Sharah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Darweesh Al Fadhalah made the kick off in the second half. Darweesh Al Fadhalah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darweesh Al Fadhalah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th match minute, Broughton Astley United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nader Al Hajraf to maneuver through the defense. If Fawaz Al Sharah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rida Al Hadhod kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Fawaz Al Sharah struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Hamed Shams didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wanlip. Awwad Al Bana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahmoud Al Abdullah having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Wanlip got a freekick which was hit by Riad Al Enzi. Broughton Astley United's Hamed Shams played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darweesh Al Fadhalah in the 81st minute of play. Hamed Shams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darweesh Al Fadhalah, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Yasen Al Besher's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Mahmoud Al Abdullah skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mahmoud Al Abdullah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Awwad Al Bana, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 91 minutes, Saher Al Motar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Broughton Astley United and the Wanlip players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saher Al Motar kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Yasen Al Besher succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Broughton Astley United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
