Great Bookham Stadiu

Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ramadan Al Sayer made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sobah Ashkanani in the 8th minute of play forced Great Bookham's goalkeeper Farhan Al Qattamy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Mazen Al Hajri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bredon's zone, Hashem Al Wazan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gawhar Al Mosawe came out of the goal and Hashem Al Wazan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hashem Al Wazan took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gawhar Al Mosawe. Gawhar Al Mosawe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bredon's Gibrel Shams got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramadan Al Sayer hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bredon's goalkeeper Gawhar Al Mosawe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Farhan Al Qattamy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramadan Al Sayer, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Bredon's goal looked a bit too open when Hashem Al Wazan came free, but Gawhar Al Mosawe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hashem Al Wazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Gawhar Al Mosawe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sror Al Homaithe kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ghasan Al Baghli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Ghasan Al Baghli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gawhar Al Mosawe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hashem Al Wazan in the 47th minute of the match.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ghasan Al Baghli to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ghasan Al Baghli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gawhar Al Mosawe. Bredon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ghasan Al Baghli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Bredon getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sobah Ashkanani hit a great ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Ghasan Al Baghli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Great Bookham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ghasan Al Baghli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Farhan Al Qattamy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramadan Al Sayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Sobah Ashkanani could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Farhan Al Qattamy however easily saved by the left post. In the 63rd minute of the match, Sobah Ashkanani got a very nice opportunity to score, but Farhan Al Qattamy was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Hashem Al Wazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hashem Al Wazan in the 66th minute of play forced Bredon's goalkeeper Gawhar Al Mosawe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Hashem Al Wazan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Great Bookham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bredon the free kick. In the 68th minute, Hashem Al Wazan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hashem Al Wazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 72 minutes into the match, Bredon's goal looked a bit too open when Ghasan Al Baghli came free, but Gawhar Al Mosawe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sobah Ashkanani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Great Bookham getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mosab Al Dekhel hit a great ball. Ghasan Al Baghli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gawhar Al Mosawe having to interfere. If Ghasan Al Baghli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hashem Al Wazan might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gawhar Al Mosawe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hashem Al Wazan ran back to his position shaking his head. After 94 minutes of play, Great Bookham's Hashem Al Wazan made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gawhar Al Mosawe was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Great Bookham were the better team. Great Bookham's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
