Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rainham's Farooq Al Rodhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mamdouh Al Ammar in the 4th minute of play. Jassem Al Jalahma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Farooq Al Rodhan made a huge save. Khaled Al Ajmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mamdouh Al Hindi in the 7th minute of play. If Ramadan Al Sarraf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Meteb Al Shaikh got free with Farooq Al Rodhan in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Farooq Al Rodhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmad Al Ali in the 17th minute. Meteb Al Shaikh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd match minute, Rainham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nawaf Taiban to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salem Al Hajri in the 24th minute of play forced Rainham's goalkeeper Farooq Al Rodhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Grange-over-Sands's Salem Al Hajri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Farooq Al Rodhan. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamdouh Al Ammar in the 30th minute of play forced Rainham's goalkeeper Farooq Al Rodhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Farooq Al Rodhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jassem Al Jalahma in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamdouh Al Ammar in the 34th minute of play forced Rainham's goalkeeper Farooq Al Rodhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Grange-over-Sands's Salem Al Hajri got a free kick in the 38th minute. Farooq Al Rodhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salem Al Hajri, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Grange-over-Sands's zone, Mamdouh Al Hindi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khaled Al Ajmi came out of the goal and Mamdouh Al Hindi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Rainham's goal looked a bit too open when Mamdouh Al Ammar came free, but Farooq Al Rodhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rainham's Farooq Al Rodhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mamdouh Al Ammar in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Grange-over-Sands's Salem Al Hajri got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ramadan Al Sarraf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaled Al Ajmi having to interfere. Farooq Al Rodhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meteb Al Shaikh in the 59th minute of play. Farooq Al Rodhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamdouh Al Ammar, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ramadan Al Sarraf struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Khaled Al Ajmi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rainham. In the 67th minute, Mamdouh Al Hindi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Khaled Al Ajmi. The goal made the score 2-1. After some careless play in the Rainham defense, Meteb Al Shaikh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farooq Al Rodhan. The Rainham fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farooq Al Rodhan should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute, Salem Al Hajri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grange-over-Sands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Mamdouh Al Ammar took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Farooq Al Rodhan. Farooq Al Rodhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 83 minutes into the game, Meteb Al Shaikh cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Farooq Al Rodhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mamdouh Al Ammar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salem Al Hajri kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Ramadan Al Sarrafs short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Khaled Al Ajmi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Ramadan Al Sarraf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Grange-over-Sands fully deserved thier win.
