Waleed Al Bloshi hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Lafi Al Najdi charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lafi Al Najdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Lafi Al Najdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faleh Al Attar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haitham Al Mothaf, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saher Al Gareb in the 16th minute of play forced Soccer Art's goalkeeper Jalal Al Harban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes Soccer Art got a freekick which was hit by Waleed Al Bloshi. In the 22nd minute Nabel Al Hammady shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faleh Al Attar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saher Al Gareb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jalal Al Harban having to interfere. When Waleed Al Bloshi fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soccer Art's protests and gave Waleed Al Bloshi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Soccer Art getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Waleed Al Bloshi hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Blewbury's goal looked a bit too open when Waleed Al Bloshi came free, but Faleh Al Attar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waleed Al Bloshi took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faleh Al Attar. Faleh Al Attar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saher Al Gareb in the 46th minute of play forced Soccer Art's goalkeeper Jalal Al Harban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Nabel Al Hammady managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soccer Art's supporters rose to their feet, but Nabel Al Hammady was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faleh Al Attar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nabel Al Hammady to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Soccer Art booed when Blewbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayman Al Bloshi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Soccer Art's Barrak Al Khars broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haitham Al Mothaf got free with Faleh Al Attar in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lafi Al Najdi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Doaej Al Hammady was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Blewbury got a freekick which was hit by Mamdouh Al Hadad. Saher Al Gareb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Saher Al Gareb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waleed Al Bloshi got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 81st minute, Waleed Al Bloshi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kamal Al Matrok's late challenge caught a Blewbury's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
