Faisal Al Attar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Emad Al Ateqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wasel Al Rifaee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lafi Al Homaithe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes of play, Dove Holes FC's Aws Al Hammady made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lafi Al Homaithe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 24 played minutes Dove Holes FC got a freekick which was hit by Shjae Al Hadad. In the 25th minute Faisal Al Attar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emad Al Ateqi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dove Holes FC's Ali Al Harban in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Whickham United's goalie prevented a goal. When Wasel Al Rifaee fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dove Holes FC's protests and gave Wasel Al Rifaee a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Dove Holes FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Wasel Al Rifaee hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Al Harban in the 35th minute of play forced Whickham United's goalkeeper Lafi Al Homaithe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aws Al Hammady succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 36th playminute. 47 minutes into the match, Whickham United's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Al Harban came free, but Lafi Al Homaithe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dove Holes FC booed when Whickham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sadeq Al Sherazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Al Harban made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Dove Holes FC got a freekick which was hit by Shjae Al Hadad. The supporters of Whickham United booed when Dove Holes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shjae Al Hadad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emad Al Ateqi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faisal Al Attar in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Ali Al Harban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mamon Kakoli took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emad Al Ateqi. Emad Al Ateqi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Emad Al Ateqi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Whickham United's Lafi Al Homaithe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Al Harban in the 73rd minute of play. If Aws Al Hammady had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dove Holes FC's Wasel Al Rifaee got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Al Harban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sadeq Al Sherazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emad Al Ateqi having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ali Al Harban's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lafi Al Homaithe was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Whickham United's goalkeeper Lafi Al Homaithe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 97 minutes, Aws Al Hammady managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dove Holes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aws Al Hammady was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
