Qais Al Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yasen Al Sherazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farhan Dehrab having to interfere. If Yasen Al Sherazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liss's Shjae Al Qattan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fuad Al Matrok in the 12th minute of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Yasen Al Sherazi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cookham's Farhan Dehrab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Liss's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fuad Al Matrok fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jassem Al Ansari hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Fuad Al Matrok sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rajab Khaja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shjae Al Qattan having to interfere. Farhan Dehrab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yasen Al Sherazi in the 32nd minute of the match. Shjae Al Qattan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fuad Al Matrok's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Liss getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Sameer Al Gareb hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the game, Yasen Al Sherazi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liss's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cookham the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Yasen Al Sherazi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farhan Dehrab made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fared Taqi in the 59th minute. Yasen Al Sherazi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Farhan Dehrab having to make a save. Qais Al Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yasen Al Sherazi in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Farhan Dehrab, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 70th minute Tariq Al Bana suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Qais Al Ali charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Qais Al Ali the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Liss getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Qais Al Ali hit a great ball. Shjae Al Qattan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Msaed Al Fadhalah, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eshaq Shadad during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Liss was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eshaq Shadad to maneuver through the defense. Fakher Al Hindi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Liss booed when Cookham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osama Al Shemali didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Qais Al Ali who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cookham's Farhan Dehrab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Liss players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Cookham from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
