After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Khaled Al Kandere managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nunthorpe AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Khaled Al Kandere was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oun Al Baghli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 played minutes Sajid Al Ramzi rounded Ilkley's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Aws Al Zamel hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Farhan Bo Qamaz's late challenge caught a Nunthorpe AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. When Sajid Al Ramzi came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Nunthorpe AFC fans jumped to their feet. Oun Al Baghli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nunthorpe AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farhan Bo Qamaz in the 28th minute of play forced Nunthorpe AFC's goalkeeper Barakat Al Sohali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ilkley booed when Nunthorpe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aws Al Zamel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Jarah Dehrab sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nunthorpe AFC's Barakat Al Sohali didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in Nunthorpe AFC's zone, Ghazi Al Saleh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barakat Al Sohali came out of the goal and Ghazi Al Saleh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Ghazi Al Saleh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilkley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ghazi Al Saleh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nunthorpe AFC's Barakat Al Sohali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghazi Al Saleh in the 43rd minute of play. If Ghazi Al Saleh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farhan Bo Qamaz struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ghazi Al Saleh made a kick off. Barakat Al Sohali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ghazi Al Saleh in the 56th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esam Al Hindi during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 minutes, Khaled Al Kandere mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nunthorpe AFC and the Ilkley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Barakat Al Sohali came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ilkley's Farhan Bo Qamaz. But to his dismay, Farhan Bo Qamaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The Nunthorpe AFC fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Nunthorpe AFC's Sajid Al Ramzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Moath Al Sarraf came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ilkley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moath Al Sarraf couldn't finish the play. Farhan Bo Qamaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barakat Al Sohali having to make a save. Nunthorpe AFC's Barakat Al Sohali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghazi Al Saleh in the 90th minute of play. If Ghazi Al Saleh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oun Al Baghli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sajid Al Ramzi in the 94th minute of the match. Sajid Al Ramzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oun Al Baghli having to interfere. Nunthorpe AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
