Oun Al Baghli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shaker Al Wazan in the 4th minute of the match. Harefield's Nabel Al Youha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Harefield from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oun Al Baghli was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. When Hamdan Shalan fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ilkley's protests and gave Hamdan Shalan a yellow card for diving instead. Ilkley's Oun Al Baghli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaker Al Wazan in the 12th minute of play. Hamzah Al Jalahma charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamzah Al Jalahma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19thth minute of the game Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ilkley's Oun Al Baghli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shaker Al Wazan in the 20th minute of play forced Ilkley's goalkeeper Oun Al Baghli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oun Al Baghli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos in the 24th minute of play. Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Hamdan Shalan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Harefield's goalkeeper Nabel Al Youha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Farhan Bo Qamaz. Harefield's Nabel Al Youha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Harefield from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Harefield's zone, Farhan Bo Qamaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nabel Al Youha came out of the goal and Farhan Bo Qamaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harefield's Abdul Mohsen Al Dabos got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Shaker Al Wazan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oun Al Baghli. Ilkley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shaker Al Wazan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Shaker Al Wazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oun Al Baghli having to interfere.

The wind increased when Ghazi Al Saleh made the kick off in the second half. Harefield's Shaker Al Wazan got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ghazi Al Saleh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nabel Al Youha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Shaker Al Wazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamzah Al Jalahma kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Ilkley booed when Harefield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marzoq Bo Hamad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ghazi Al Saleh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-2 became the score in the 83rd minute when Ghazi Al Saleh elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 92 minutes in the game, Shaker Al Wazan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Oun Al Baghli having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Harefield walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
