Taqi Al Mehana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Tariq Al Qattan made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dhari Al Hindi during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Horsham booed when Hatfield AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dhari Al Hindi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taqi Al Mehana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Horsham's Osama Al Herz in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hatfield AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Taqi Al Mehana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tariq Al Qattan having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Saleh Shams kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tariq Al Qattan. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. After 34 played minutes Horsham got a freekick which was hit by Qasem Al Khobaize. Jaber Shams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saleh Shams stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fawzy Khorshed made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Jaber Shams sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, Horsham's goal looked a bit too open when Taqi Al Mehana came free, but Tariq Al Qattan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hatfield AFC's Dhari Al Hindi got his second yellow card of the match in the 62nd minute. The referee ordered Dhari Al Hindi off the ground. After 62 played minutes Hatfield AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dhari Al Hindi. Taqi Al Mehana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Tariq Al Qattan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaber Shams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taqi Al Mehana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fawzy Khorshed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osama Al Herz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fawzy Khorshed stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osama Al Herz's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 84th minute Firas Al Mosawe suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Jaber Al Mothaf's late challenge caught a Horsham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaber Al Mothaf helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hatfield AFC's Jaber Al Mothaf got a free kick in the 85th minute. The Horsham players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hatfield AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
