Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Barakat Al Sayer started the match with the kick off. Tamem Al Khobaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saed Al Sharaf in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Bahaa Al Holey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Topsham FC and the Chilcompton players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bahaa Al Holey kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Chilcompton's Baqer Al Jarah got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baqer Al Jarah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Chilcompton booed when Topsham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baqer Al Arbash didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saleh Al Mofede received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tamem Al Khobaize came out and tried to block the shot, but Saleh Al Mofede slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. Chilcompton's Sultan Al Zamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarhan Al Kandere in the 26th minute of play. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sarhan Al Kandere sped through Chilcompton's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sultan Al Zamel. Tamem Al Khobaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saed Al Sharaf in the 32nd minute of play. Barakat Al Sayer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sultan Al Zamel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Tamem Al Khobaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saed Al Sharaf in the 36th minute of play. Sultan Al Zamel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barakat Al Sayer went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saed Al Sharaf stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chilcompton's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sajid Al Attar in the 56th minute. Tamem Al Khobaize came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Chilcompton's Nemir Boften. But to his dismay, Nemir Boften quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Tamem Al Khobaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baqer Al Jarah, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Saed Al Sharaf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saed Al Sharaf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamem Al Khobaize having to interfere. Baqer Al Jarah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sarhan Al Kandere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sultan Al Zamel having to interfere. Sultan Al Zamel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barakat Al Sayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
